Guys ano ginagawa niyo para bumilis magcall sa ibang network? Pahirapan kase magring kapag tatawag ako sa ibang network.

I read somewhere here before that you need to turn on your data, then make a call... it helps me when calling smart #s.

I also experienced some issue when initiating the voice/video call through Smart/Globe subscribers. No issues at all on the same networks by initating a call 10 times (call back 10 times).

It depends in some factors (obstruction, signal strength, distance from the tower, and voice call status) between devices.

Bihira lang lalabas “Service Unreachable” kaagad kung kaya.

Recieving calls from other networks to DITO is not sure, untested, if VoLTE calls is present.

Yes, gumagana siyang tumawag, using SMART to DITO (with VoLTE calls present).
