Meron po akong maraming debit/credit since my partner is a call center agent, pero nung nag try ako mag open ng new account kay Azure pero yung sinabi is

You're not eligible for an Azure account​

We couldn't create an Azure account for you.
Any way kung san makakakuha ng free or ρáíd US number for Azure?
