Tama ba ko na ang ISP Throttle ang nag cacap satin and dahil sa VPN na bybypass si Throttle and nagkakaroon ng NoLoad Continues Surf ang sim natin? (Curious ako paano nila ginagalaw network sa loob para magkaroon ng bypass si telecom CAPPING)

Find some of their services that ignores speed throttling to access (a service that performs normal speed browsing/throughput) then use it as your tunnel gateway or a bughost to a external server (vpn).

Hindi po capped ang tawag sa naeexperience nyo. kundi bandwidth throttling po yan... pag sinabing capped or data capped, hanggang max na ng kabuohang bandwidth yun sagad nyan at limited.
Sa bandwidth throttling, pinapabagal ng ISP yun dapat na speed mo intentionally but still you have unlimited bandwidth.
