1. Download and open the WinRAR file and extract to any destination you like
2. Open the folder and select DesktopHut.exe to open
3. Click select live wallpaper button and select the video inside the folder
4. Then click play to apply your newly made live desktop in action
5. Do not close the app just minized only to tray
