🔒 Closed Credit Report and Credit Score

Few months ago ay nagpa-schedule ako for KYC interview with CIBI for me to have a copy of my credit reporting and credit score. Ang tagal kong naghintay para sa scheduled appointment thru Google Meet. Natapos ako ng appointment last week ng October. And after mga 2 days ay nakatanggap ako ng email saying na wala daw silang record. Ang weird pero sabi ko siguro ganun lang talaga. Tapos naalala ko lang ulit kaya I decided to check with TransUnion. And I got a response saying they couldn't validate my identity as no TU Member Bank or Financial Institution is contributing my data. How come? Nakapagtataka naman. Tao pa naman ako, buhay pa ako, ang I have several bank accounts. Paanong wala silang data?

May naka-encounter na ba nito dito? I need help on this.
