Nope hindi automatic yan, for plan 1500 once na mag upgrade ka auto lock in ka ulit for 2years, under contract bawal ipaputol ang linya. Hindi kami nag avail nyan kasi lilipat na kami ng lugar and ayaw ko din masira sa converge lagpas 2yrs na kami customer kaya tapos na contract.

nasa-sayo naman yan kung ipapaputol mo or hindi yung connection mo and yes 2 years talaga lock in period nila once you avail the service opt out lang if mag upgrade ka ng modem from WIFI 5 to WIFI6 modem dun papasok yung another 24 month lock in period plus speed increase . info lang naman tong thread na nag increase speed sila from the actual plans
