🔒 Closed Keyboard and mouse not working

Pa help po mga sir, kase yung keyboard at mouse ko di gumagana during sa 1st step ng installation ko ng windows 7. Pero sa bios is gumana naman siya. Salamat po sa sasagot

Sir paano po mag install ng driver, di pa kasi na install ang windows 7 ko

Enter po sa BIOS/UEFI, set XHCI Handsoff to Enabled. Save settings then restart. Install USB driver if available, reboot then switch back from XHCI Enabled to Disabled. If no USB driver available, keep it to Enabled
