Jogging araw- araw lodi yan lang gawa ko pero need pa mag practice form
yan tlga ang dapat gawin paps pro iba p rin ung my guide ka. pra hindi kulang or sobra ung training mo kada araw. Importante kc n may ibat ibang training kada jog. hindi lng ung target n distance. s mga nakikita ko n guide s net merong interval training, uphill, threshold and long run.
