Panget 35k na budget kapag mag windows pc ka. Sasakit lang ulo mo, kasi sobrang lag kapag nag tagal na.
I suggest, second hand Mac_oS/MacBook.
Sulit kahit 2014 edition, magagamit pa rin until now.
Again, sasakit lang ulo mo sa windows PC for 35k brand new. Mas ok pa 2nd hand na Macbook for students.

know basic disk cleanup and do not install unwanted applications. it is just a matter of finding laptop na swak sa pagagamitan mo. better see the complete specifications sa laptop na pipiliin mo. Hindi yan kasalanan ng windows os kundi, yung expectation ng user na kakayanin lahat ng process.
