maganda ba tong workout na to for daily workout ? yung dumbbell po is 3 times a week ko lang ginagawa kasi nakita ko sa comment section nung vid na need magpahinga ng mga muscle natin

nakita ko lang po ito sa tiktok and baka may iba kayong suggestion or tips para sakin (payatot po ako triny ko magpataba lumamon ako nang lumamon pero di talaga ako tumataba so i decide na magwork out nalang)

Hello try working out + magpataba

Mag bulk ka kain ka maraming calories na food pero i watch morin yung fats.
noted po, try ko humanap vid about diyan

yung pisngi at baba ko lang tumataba sakin haha

nakakatanggal din po ng double chin or chubby cheek yang workout ko or need ko talaga mag face exercise
