I. RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Make the regulation and rules of dept, daily team management, and report the team's process.
2. Instruct and upgrade the subordinate’s working method;
3. Agency development: We are looking for an agent to cooperate with our company, make a double win between the company and agents;
4. Resource Planning: develop new channel and resource on agent pattering;
5. Partnership Maintenance: Create propaganda and the newest agent policy, keeps a good connection with our agent, & keeps each agent active.

II. QUALIFICATIONS
1. 2 years of experience (Mega ****** world/Okbet/Bingoplus and other ******s) in the agent of all kinds of industries (e.g., ****** or Pogo in the Philippine Market) is an advantage;
2. Good communication skills, have a solid ability to persuade our customers and agent;
3. Self - satisfaction and a Strong sense of achievement, willing to learn;
4. Proficient in using Facebook/ Google/ YouTube/ Instagram/ TikTok and other relevant social media, the person who meets a famous streamer or brokerage firm is an advantage;
5. Good implementation, initiatively solving the problem and providing a constructive proposal or plan;
6. Skilled in computer operation, typing speed 30 words/ minute.
7. Fluency in English speaking and literature.

III. Salary and Benefits
1. Base salary can reach 25,000peso per month, 4000peso allowance, 500load, No cap in commission ;
2. 3months probation period;
3. 9 hrs. work (including 1hr. break); 6 days in a week;1 day off;
4. Fair promotion (Government contributions such as SSS, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH).
