run mo yung adjustment program nya tapos get status mo para malaman mo kung ano error ng printer. possible kasi na critical error or paper jam kung hindi waste pad counter yung problem.

sir tried po i run as admin yung program. Hinugasan ko na din po waste ink pad and pinatuyo bago ibalik. Ganun pa din po 100% hindi po ma reset reset huhu. Send help. Thank you so very much po!
