How accuracy is Apple watch 3?

Meron kasi akong GF ang lumabas sa find my device ay isang hotel pero sa street na 'yon may malls at other store pero nung chineck ko yung location same padin for 4 hours. Please I need answer for my mental health.

ang reason naman niya after 4 hours ay, nag grocery sila. Pero bat yung location na lumalabas ay isang hotel.
