So yesterday, I'd proceeded to refill my loadwallet with my smart sim to around 400 worth of load. But then today, someone asked to buy load from me and before doing that i checked the balance, it's around 300+ but then as i was about to load that someone, it notifies that there was ana error and the process was unsuccessful. Then i decided to check the balance again, then all the balance were gone totally. I need your help, whats this all about? How can i get back my balance?

Contact/report the incident ASAP to customer service/support (for example, "Submit a Ticket" in GCash Help Center or whatever its equivalent is on the platform you used).
