sayang yung budget allocation kung ganyan din lang pala...
kung sagot din lang pala natin ang printing cost...
ang laki ng budget na nilagay para diyan tapos sa ganyan din pala mapupunta..
kahit kelan talaga, ang ganda-ganda ng purpose "on paper" pero sobrang palpak sa implementation.
