🔒 Closed Printer Cannot Connect

Pahelp naman po ako sa mga IT Technical Support diyan, may problem po kasi ako sa pag shashared ng printer, ito po yung lumalabas " Cannot connect to the printer The specified network name is no longer available ", nakikita niya yung shared printer pero hindi maka connect dahil sa error. Meron pa po yung Server ay hindi makita sa ibang computer, any ideas what happen, i tried many instructions from YT pero hindi padin maayos.

Actually issue talaga yan dahil sa new update nung May or April. try uninstall latest Windows Update both Printer Server and yung mag access.

kahit ano diyan paps, basta yung pinaka latest update ng windows, uninstall mo then restart pc.

Yung sa spooler paps, ilang beses ko na nirestart. Pero try kung hanapin yung mga binigay mong KB's. Salamat paps. Sana naman mag connect na

meron program na print spooler sa services.msc restart lang or start. tapos reconnect yung printer.

kapag 0x00000011b, sa server host ng printer may problem, aayusin mo lang sa registry ito,
kapag 0x000000706 need mo lang i update ung windows ng workstation and try mo na kumonek after windows update

if ever hindi pa na fix. ito lang fix niyan master. change mo lang yung name into hindi mahaba yung coconnect at yung may ari nang printer matik connect yan

Try mo i-add yung Printer via IP, if hindi gumana, try mo yung "Add a local printer or Network printer with manual settings" then select mo yung "Create a new Port" then sa dropdown menu select mo yung "Local Port" then click "Next" tapos sa Enter Port name lagay mo \\name ng workstation na nagshare ng printer\printer name\
