Did your UPS come with any monitoring software/program whereby you can somehow manage its settings? Some UPS hardware have their own proprietary software/program which enables the user to configure various settings of the UPS unit, including disabling or turning off the beeping alarm/sound.

You can also try looking inside the UPS unit itself (requires opening/exposing the internals) and physically removing the buzzer/speaker which will totally remove the beeping alarm/sound. Here's a sample video below:
