Good Evening po.
Ano po kayang problem ng PC ko. Natest ko naman po okay naman po yung ram slot at ram niya pero ang problem kapag 2 ram ang nakalagay nagbublue screen pero kapag 1 ram lang okay naman po.

How did you say RAM is ok, after you test?

Possible one of the two sticks of RAM is bad, or a motherboard issue - yung slots, or incompatibility problem, likely BIOS settings related.

I recommend you to do MEMTEST one stick at a time, one of them could be defective.

Kasi po tinry ko po na gamitin yung per stick ng 1 day wala naman po naging problem. Paano po ba ang mem test?

Ilang ram ba yang per stick mo? tugma ba freq nila

4gb po per stick and same po silang brand and same na 1600mhz
