Capping is there to stay...sad but true. what you could possibly do is magdiskubre ka ng sarili mo host server/proxy tapos wag mo ishare .para ikaw lang naka access. Medyo selfish 
but then again hindi rin mag tatagal cap uli yan kase one way or another me gagamit na niyang nadiskubre mo...for the meantime palit palit ka lang ng setting tapos sulitin na gamit habang mabilis access....
At i share mo rin para masaya hehe.

Curious lang. Does this really work sa Psiphon? Have you tried it without experiencing throttle?
