PHProverbs 3:5-6, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.”
In what do we trust and put our confidence? Is it to our own feelings? or the feelings of others around us? or do we trust God and His ways?
For some people, the guide for their life is just their feelings, their emotions—I don’t feel like “this” or “that.”
There are some people who just go through life and, if they don’t feel like it, they don’t do it. But for those people, life doesn’t seem to go too well for them.
Life doesn’t always feel good; doing what we should do doesn’t always feel good, but it is what we need to do.
