This tutorial is for netflix account that you know the login account with its password. There is no way to find the PIN if it is cookie-based account.
Use a browser to login to netflix. Go to account and expand the profile you want to view the pin if it was set up as is seen in the screenshot.
Click Change on Profile Lock and you'll be presented with a screen asking you to enter your account password.
After entering you account password, you'll be presented with the pin the was set or you can change the pin. Since the owner will know if you changed the pin, just let it be and change nothing. But you can already use that particular profile since you were able to take a glimpse of its PIN.
Hope this tutorial helps for those locked profile since the poster sometimes don't know the PIN and PIN can always changed since the account is leak with its corresponding password. The same with password getting changed.
