❓ Help Admin Access problem

Hello everyone , I have a problem with my Huawei B315s -936 . In fact I do not have access to the admin mode via 192.168.8.1 after a previous bad handling (DHCP disabled) . I also took a lot of tutorial but still nothing .NB : I live in Ivory Coast and my mobile operator MTN . Help me please. Thank you in advance.

is there a way to reset your modem? if not
try pointing your ip address at 192.168.8.100 or 192.168.8.101 it can be found at the properties of the wifi driver at IPv4 . gateway:192.168.8.1 , for the mask just click the input bar and will generate automatically. Dns: 8888
have you tried connecting to your laptop via usb cable?
