Pa help naman po sa mga technician dyan mag foformat po sana ako ng Dell Inspiron 3520 kaso pag andun na sa Media Installation Blackscreen po sya na may mouse pointer naka stock lang po doon. Ano po kaya problem nito? Salamat~

Boss try mo os na 32bit lang pag ayaw parin baka sira dvd mo

Windows 7 all in one boss gamit ko. Bootable sa usb gamit ko nag try narin ako windows 8.1 64 bit ayaw padin gumana

ano os niya dati? punta ka sa bios then try mo tingnan kung ano boot type ang nakaselect baka kasi din may issue yan installer mo sa bios settings like uefi boot ay naka ON...try mo din i load yun default settings ng bios then change mo yan boot type sa legacy...

Xp ba yan dati? Kung xp dati yan baka hindi supported ng hardwate mo ang os na 64bit kaya dapat ma try mo sya sa 32bit lang na os

Mag try ka ng ibang hard disk nag hahang maaring sira na ang hard disk mo kasi maraming beses mo ng tinatry suspected ko lang yon Hard Disk.

try to reformat it with windows 7 ( yung ok na copy nang ISO ) kung ayaw pa rin try to check your HDD with hard disk sentinel baka sira na .

There is big chances the your hard disk is the problem check if you can go to desktop if it's not and cant continue anymore or simply stuck up it means your hardisk has problem. use ur palm to feel if your hard disk still running if its not that means your hard disk is the problem.
