We, Bea Ciudad, Christine Malto, Farrah Gretch Nob, Joana Stephanie Ravidas and Robie Kaye Yagahon, the students of Bachelor of Secondary Education (BSEd) Major in Mathematics from Bukidnon State University (BukSU) are currently conducting a developmental research entitled "Developing a 21st Century Instructional Materials in Mathematics through Design Thinking Process". The said research study mainly aims to develop 21st century instructional materials based on the least mastered competencies of students and mathematics teachers’ and students' feedback and evaluation on the mathematics instructional materials they have at present. In line with this, we are looking for Grade 11 and 12 students who are willing to participate and answer our research instrument sincerely and truthfully. Your response to the questions will be used as raw data for our study. Our survey or Google form contains open-ended questions, which means that there are no right or wrong answers, or that any answers are valid.
