🔒 Closed Unable to access email from outlook app

Need help. Anu usual cause ng ganitong issue? Office 365 to ng office namin. Bale shared email to at gamit ng multiple users. Naaccess namn ng iba ung email gamit ung outlook app sa PC pero minsa meron 1-2 users na di maaccess to pero working nman pag inaccess nila sa gamit OWA(Outlook web access). Usual TS'ing namin eh remove and add. MInsan restart PC at kung wla tlaga pag asa sa web nlng i checheck ung emails. Sa mga IT expert diyan at MS administrator pa help.

Here is the fix:

1. On the problem computer, create the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\AutoDiscover
Name: ExcludeScpLookup
Type: REG_DWORD
Data:1

2. Rename the Outlook Folder c:\users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Outlook

3. Reboot. Then create a new Outlook profile.
