PHMay I inquire about the process of countering an implementation of our department governor po. I'm only classroom mayor pero against ang nakararami sa pinapatupad niya. which is yung yung requiring boys to at least 0.2 haircut policy sa buong department. hindi naman po sa ayaw namin pero mas mahigpit naman na po kumpara sa ROTC office na 0.3, ang amin pong pang counter letter eh payag po kami sa haircut policy basta "CLEAN CUT" only lang po. kindly answer please?
