LOOK: Filipina transgender woman Mela Habijan shares a report that they received about a teacher who cut his student’s hair during class.
Habijan’s team reaches out to the DepEd to ask if this violates the Child Protection Policy.
According to the DepEd, it is considered a violation if it was done as a punishment.
“Parang naoverstep na ng teacher yung bounds of decency and subjecting the learner to ridicule. It may be both considered as physical and psychological abuse,” the Education department states. |

sa province nga ni partner....halos lahat ng tao naka4ps...kahit naman eh mga anak nila malalaki na at abroad...wala din sa ayos ung 4ps...
