Ginamit ko ang Debit Card ng Gcash pambayad ng order sa shopee pero nacancelled order ko. Mag 2 weeks na wala pa rin refund maski 2x ko na kinausap ang CSR. Meron na nakaranas nito? Gaano katagal ang refund?
