🔒 Closed Shift Key not working Win10 HP laptop

Guys pahelp sa mga expert. HP laptop ko ayaw gumana ng both shift key. Bigla nalang ayaw gumana. Wala ako access sa administrator account and domain account user ang gamit ko.

and try mo boss
search mo "run" then enter
type OSK to check the keyboard if all working
