Computer Systems Servicing NC II (National Certificate II) is a certification program in the Philippines that aims to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes in installing, configuring, maintaining, and diagnosing computer systems, networks, and software. Here are the basic, common, and core competencies covered by the program:
Basic Competencies:

1. Participate in workplace communication
2. Work in a team environment
3. Practice career professionalism
4. Practice occupational health and safety procedures

Common Competencies:

1. Use hand tools
2. Use power tools
3. Perform mensuration and calculation
4. Interpret technical drawings and plans
5. Apply quality standards
6. Perform computer operations
7. Perform basic preventive maintenance and servicing
8. Prepare and interpret technical materials
9. Use relevant technologies

Core Competencies:

1. Install computer systems and networks
2. Configure computer systems and networks
3. Diagnose and troubleshoot computer systems
4. Maintain and repair computer systems and networks
5. Provide technical support to users
