ask ko po sana pano po mag reset ng Cherry mobile d19tv.. nakalimutan ko po ung password? di ko na po ma factory reset.. help me please..

Try this power off the unit then press and hold vol up then while holding that button press and hold power button,kung sa factory mode pumunta try vol down....hope this help..
