Pag gabi lang ba pwedeng di kumain ng kanin? Pano po mag fasting ano lang po dapat kainin o hindi dapat kainin? Ano oras po di kakain?

Nagawa ko na yan dati, nung wala pa akong anak. haha... ngayon tiis sa dad bod na lang.
 
unti untiin mo lang bawasan ung rice tpos totally iwasan mo ang mga sweets at high carb na pgkain epektib papayat ka talaga
 
Subukan mo wag kumain papayat ka talaga wala kapang gastos kung kakain ka tig dalawang subo lang
eto rin sana ipapayo ko lods,,ehh naunahan mo lang ako,,haha,,i second the motion na lang po..makakatipid pa sya di ba? haha
 
effective sakin ung diet ko ngayon
heavy meal ako sa umaga di na ako kumakain sa tanghali sa gabi naman gulay oh prutas or biscuit lang

from 93kg - 87kg in 4 months ganun lang diet ko
 
Skip ka lng meal kunware 6 meals a day ka, bawasan mo , 4 meal a day lng gawin mo, pero kung me sakit ka na obessed d yan gagana, sa mga normal lng po to effective
 
Try niyo po mag:

  • Intermittent fasting (super daming app nito pare-parehas lang sila ng function so choose what you like and no need to buy premium features).
  • HIIT workouts - Madami po nito app like "Darebee (android only) and freeletics (ito po yung gamit ko).
