If you are asking about this forum's language as far as I know there's no way to change the language to your native language but you can always use google translate to do it. It may not be so accurate but at least you will have an idea what we are talking about.

If you are using Windows. just highlight the whole message text and copy, open google search in a new tab, type translate in the search bar and press enter, paste the copied text and choose which language you prefer in translation.
