need first to unlock bootloader po,back your device then connect nyo po sa pc,download abd fastboot/xiaomi usb drivers & the latest poco x3 gt stock room.Gamit po kayo ng Magisk manager.
 
Check one of my thread, magkaiba ng device, pero yong steps ay halos ganoon lang din.

Make sure lang na naka-unlock bootloader mo.
