Meron po ba dito nag wo-workout bago matulog? Okay lang ba mag workout like 1 hour bago matulog?
 
normal lang naman mag workout right before matulog, mga special forces kapag nasa firefight sila pagkatapos nang firefight straight tulog sila. naka program na yan sa atin genes.
 
Ang pagjajabol ay considered as workout. Pagkatapos magjabol eh mabilis makatulog di ba? So, pwede magworkout bago matulog

Mahihirapan ka matulog nyan. Been working out for 6yrs. Not recommended
how about pagka gising sa umaga paps? tapos pahinga 1 hour or 30 minutes then ligo. Okay lang po ba?

Not recommended yung ganyan. Tuwing hapon ka dapat mag workout tapos maligo sa gabi para mahimbing ang pagtulog

okay yan, if naka fasting ka better to workout with just plain black coffee. if hindi naman. almusal ka ng rice or oatmeal for energy.
