Hi PHC, tanong lang po sa mga nangungupahan jan kagaya ko. paano po makakuha ng text sa meralco na mag kakaroon ng outage sa lugar?

Thru Meralco Online or Meralco App. Sign up ka, then may option dun para maka-receive ka ng outage advisory.

pwd po ba kahit hindi kami ung may ari ng account at kuntador?

Kung nakakareceive ka ng bill ng Meralco, gamitin mo yung details dun. Kung di dumadaan yung bill sa inyo, tanungin mo yung landlord nyo kung nangungupahan kayo.

Update mo lang contact information thru Online. Dapat alam mo yung Customer Account Number at yung Service ID Number. both makikita sa harap at likod ng bill.
