Medyo mahirap ma-achieve ang total soundproof room lalo na kung walang sound engineer na magaayos ng room but pwede naman din ma-lessen ang ingay kahit ikaw lang.

You need to spend thousands din kasi you need to cover the whole room. I am not a fan of egg trays kasi echos lang ang mawawala sa room and also pumapasok pa din ang loud sounds from outside but that is your cheapest option. If you will go sa egg tray make sure na lalagyan mo yung buong room but you need a thick cloth sa pader then egg trays. Sa kisame kahit thick cloth lang. Please put in mind na hindi maga-guarantee ang soundproof sa egg tray.

Another option is soundproofing foam, isolation cloth, isolation cotton and etc. It's also same sa egg trays but wala na thick cloth direct na sa wall. May mas malaking chance na ma-bawasan ang ingat from in and out but it's a bit costly.

Isa pa is soundproof panels. Isang malaking panel na hinaharang palibot sa area para ma-lessen and sound from the outside kaso sobrang mahal.

Lastly and this is my suggestion kasi this is the cheapest option. You can buy an earplugs for your parents. While there are sleeping lagay lang nila earplugs malaki mababawas sa sound sa paligid nila ang problem mo lang is if they need to rise early tapos naga-alarm sila na may sound but this way wala ka na po-problemahin sa room tatakpam mo lang tenga nila. You can also download an alarm app na may hardcore na audio para rinig nila alarm.
