lose weight/body fat = calorie deficit

pag hindi ka mag fall sa state na yan, kahit gaano pa ka healthy ang kinakain mo ay magiging reverse ang resulta sa goal mo. so kahit once a day ka lang kumain pag naka surplus ka sa calories ay tataba ka pa rin
