"body":"What changes are there to GigaPoints\u2019 expiry policy?\r\n\r\nIn June 2021, we updated our GigaPoints expiry policy, which means all lifetime points earned have a validity of at least six months.\r\n\r\nUnredeemed points will expire 6 months (or 2 calendar quarters) after the end of the calendar quarter you earned them in, scheduled for the 30th or 31st of the 6th month.\r\n\r\nCOMING SOON: An upcoming app update will allow you to view the detailed breakdown of expiry dates for all your GigaPoints. Stay tuned!\r\n\r\nExample: 100 GigaPoints earned last January 26, 2021 (earned Q1 of 2021) will expire on September 30, 2021 (6 months 2 calendar quarters after the end of Q1 2021).\r\n\r\nRedemption of GigaPoints will continue to follow a first-in-first-out basis, wherein points that are earned first will also be first to be redeemed, so be sure to claim your favorite offers and make the most of your points!",
