Hello po, To make this website more toxic free po, sana may staff na intended to watch every thread and conversation, like a position na "police" or " security staff" or "rule keeper" . or "tanod" haha , just to maintain or control the actions of members po.


and we will have a staffs like that consisting of 20+ , just to match the growing population of this website .

and also one of their capabililties is to give a penalty to those rule breaker para hindi matic tanggal agad and to give warning na bawal ang ginagawa nila , and this will also lessen the time and effort of our admin on checking this kind of actions on every thread

and mismong mga member dito ang magiging staff by being promoted by our ADMIN. and yes it will have also qualifications.

Just a suggestion lang naman po hehez.

minsan po kasi kahit nahuhuli eh , ginagawa parin, and may time na talagang hindi nagagawan ng action yung mga pasaway.

since about moderation ito, share ko na lang din experience ko

doon sa amin sa pìrâ†é bay meron doon position na "forum moderator" which moderates a sub-forum/section, meron din "forum supermod" which moderates the forum as a whole

tas kaming mga "TPB moderators" only moderates "TPB account issues" section and the "TPB site issues" section of the pìrâ†é bay's forum since separate sites yung pìrâ†é bay at ang kanyang forum

effective naman talaga ang more staff especially when the site has already got a big userbase, more eyes to cover 24 hour operation of the site kagaya doon sa pìrâ†é bay need nila staff from all time zones kaya na-recruit ako doon kasi daming fakers din from philippines (GMT+8 na time zone) at tulog yung mods from other time zones

basta yung mga baguhan konti lang muna mod tools nila like flag lang muna for moderators to check, meron kami "TPB helpers" position at parang trainees sila, flag lang muna di lang muna mang ban ng kung sino sino haha naalala ko pa noong pumasok ako rekta moderator nag ban ako ng supermod akala maki-kick out ako pero nagpasalamat sila sa akin kasi nakita yung bug mismo sa mod tools namin
