Same tayong introvert pero eto ginawa ko...

Since most of the time in my day is a routine na lang. I research about it and consult a specialist. Medyo malapit na kasi sa depression.

Here's what she said and ginawa ko din. Ginawa ko most of my daily routine ng pabaligtad as in maski sa paglakad ko there are times na paatras talaga. I also do writing with my left hand. Switched the holding of spoon and fork. Sa pagligo ko kadalasan i put shampoo first then soap. Binaligtad ko siya.

The idea is there are routines na pwede nating baligtadin that gives out brain a new things to think kahit same lang siya.

You will find yourself laughing na lang and enjoying what you do.

Kundi naman, try niyo lods mga support group niyo, fam n freinds

Importante nga mag form ng routine, mag set ng habits
Tapos sa problema, try i prioritize at i tackle paisa isa lang, wag mo pasanin nang sabay sabay
