Mostly sa kanila oo. Depende kasi yan sa nagrerecruit. Minsan kasi yung iba sa kanila may referral bonus, baka gusto agad magkaroon kaya yung agaran na papasok yung mga kinukuha. Depende lang din talaga.
 
If plan mo mag-moonlight, yun likely yung bawal. Kasi di mo kakayanin magjuggle sa dalawang trabaho, especially kung BPO yung isa. Bibigay katawan mo eventually at baka maging liability ka pa sa employer mo.
 
May nag apply saken last week nung interview ko employed pa daw sya sa company nya. Ayun hindi ko tinanggap hehe.
Paano kung willing naman siya mag immediate resign sa kanyang pinagtrabahoan lods at good record sya dun sa current work gusto nya lang mag shift career / company for better opportunity dahil mas malaki sahod / benefits.

Urgent ung vacant position. Need pa nya mag render ng 30 days sa company nya. Madami naman applicant na can start asap. :)
 
Boss as an hr personnel anong advantage ng immediate at rendered?
Hindi po ako HR hehehe. Head ako ng isang dept sa company namin. And advantage nyang 2 na yan is kapag ung position na papasukan mo sa new work mo is mag rendered its a win win kasi pag exit mo sa company mo may mag eexit din sa lilipatan mo, and adv naman ng immediate kapag urgent ung position na inapplyan mo pwede ka agad mag last day.
