Opo. Your net is not the problem but rather, yung source po. May mga channel sources po tayo na ang server ay located pa sa US. So imagine mo nalang naglaro ka ng call of duty pero ang server ay North America. Naturally, mataas ping mo. Meaning, it takes more time for data to travel back and forth from the server to your client.

ung example sir may mga channel ako na nagana tas mga ilang minuted mag bubufferring na pero may mga channel na tuloy tuloy walang buffer, meaning ba nun sa server ng channel ang problema? btw thank you po sir

Usually pag nag laggy or buffering Ang pag stream ko, Ina activate ko lang vpn ko, bandwidth siguro ng isp mo Ang problem
