+1 dito, I suggest gawin mo na lang online then sabihin mo sa panel and documentation nyo is ayun yung limitations ng system nyo. Since based sa tanong mo 'PC Based' ang gagawin nyo mukhang stationary naman I don't think internet connection will be much of a problem naman.

Test nyo muna kung gagana kasi sa pagkakatanda ko 2G lang sya. Medyo matagal na nung huling project na magkaroon ako ng offline SMS feature.

Try mo pala mag-search ng product na supported yung 4G na. Yung Sim900a (+ Uno) kasi nagamit ko na din for text blast at around 2G-3G lang sya. Goods to kasi may sariling thread si Uno para pwede mag-run sa background yung SMS feature mo kahit di pa tapos yung task na Text Blast.

Ang problema kasi baka may ibang areas na hindi na supported yung 2Gs.

Eto po yung port kapag sinaksak ko yung Globe tattoo broadband stick

eto naman po yung code nakuha ko from a tut galing sa YT. sabi ng Vid Creator PLDT wifi daw gamit nya.

Kapag trinay ko po at COM5 o COM7 ang port. Message sent daw. pero wala naman ako nare receive na text message. Globe Pocket Wifi, at Globe Tatto boadband stick na po ang na ta try ko.
