Talking of taxes, when is your president going to pay his 203 BILLION pesos taxes to the country? Imagine what could be done with 203 BILLIONS!!!

And for those narcos apologists who say that the P203-B estate tax due is still being litigated in court, a Supreme Court document shows the June 5, 1997 SC ruling became final and executory on March 9, 1999.

Pa drop nman ng link reference mo dito sir,

Thanks

Kahit may Secretary ang DA, Cabinet members/Secretary are alter ego of the president, so it means head sya lahat ng mga department at may full access sya sa lahat ng yun, finance, education Agriculture etc.

He he, correct dahil well-defined naman yan sa "powers" ng president. Cabinet appointees sila to be exact.

Pero ang malaking problema kung hindi ma-monitor ng maayos is prone talaga sa "party interests instead of national interests" and corruption which was always a problem of our "cabinet system" - handpicked kasi and controlled by a culture of "political allegiance". We just need to improve more on "check and balance" as the system is already in place.
