Ano ano po ibig sabihin ng mga ibat ibang color ng border natin? Color green po kasi sakin tapos yung iba red.

Pag green online pag red offline? Tama po ba?

I think pag green, currently reading/watching the thread. Pag red naman, it does not necessarily mean that the person is offline, kahit online sha but hindi on-time nagbabasa sa thread, it will show red border around the persons pfp.
