Hi Good morning
I need help for Remote Desktop (RDP) port forwarding. Our client is wanted to control a specific unit using remote desktop connection. Is this correct or not? please help me out. Thanks in advance.

Are you under CGNAT?
You do not want to open RDP on the internet, it is not safe

I see, but the client is requesting it what should I do?

No way unless you request to PLDT to go out of CGNAT.

You can use VPN then just access the RDP via the VPN IP
