I have tried bunch of speedtest and got almost the same result.
I tried downloading some files and it is super slow. dafuq.

unfortunately ang akala natin na reliable ang fast.com, ngayon hindi narin hahaha

testmy.net kanina na try ko, mukhang reliable pa kasi sa ibang speed test 10mbps+, dito 1.5mbps talaga

tapos, yung google speed na walang link, pag ni search mo lang, nawala na sa google, dun ako dati nag s-speed test eh

Hindi po yan fake totoo po yan niwhitelist lang po yan ng smart. If gusto mo talaga malaman if capped yung sim mo is magdl sa ibat ibang mga sites.

I guess yung actual donwloading at uploading ang throttled ng smart dahil malakas sa data yun? pero sa browsing at streaming okay naman kahit papano, kahit buffering madalas.
