PHAS Vice President-elect Sara Duterte-Carpio celebrates her 44th birthday on Tuesday, her father, President Rodrigo Duterte wished her "good health and success".
"The President's wishes for our Vice President-elect are good health and success in her role as second highest official of the land," acting spokesman and Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar during his virtual presser.
Duterte conveyed his message for the outgoing Davao City mayor during the Cabinet's last meeting and thanksgiving last Monday, noted the Palace official.
