Lessons from this election:

1. Pink is still yellow;

2. The masses do not trust the elite, so dont be pa cool;

3. Authenticity over theatrics, SarA alL at hindi Sana all drama;

4. Churches and politics, not a good combo gimmick;

5. Calling people b*b* is not SmarT;

6. The young educating the old about history? Just plain arrogance;

7. Positive campaign trumps toxic crusade, no one likes a self-righteous brat;

9. Dont tell people to call someone Nanay, we have a nanay and she cooks better lugaw;

10. Dishonoring your parent is not admirable, it is deplorable;

11. Being loud doesn’t mean you are a lot, it simply means you’re noisy; and

12. Unity is always better than biased history.

From your marcos-ad perspective, yes. But for me its different.

Here's mine in respond to yours:

1. Don't indulge yourself in politics. Just don't! (I didn't even vote, still I know, that it makes no difference)

2. All politicians, and I really mean all and even us, are corrupt. (Seriously, money is everything. Deny it all you want)

3. Yes, dishonoring your parents is not admirable. But they're also humans and humans make mistakes. (What might be a good principle to them doesn't mean that it is also beneficial and understandable to us.)

4. Nowadays, if you really have a lot of experience, you'd know that there's no such thing as "Unity" and "Colours".
